Yes, you can pay the course fees in two instalments. For this, you must sign an agreement for payment in installments. The registration fee and the first instalment of the course fee should be paid before the course starts.
If you do not pass the final exam at the end of the course, you can make up for it within 3 months for a fee of 50 euros.
The aledu-examination is based on the Goethe-Institut examinations and the certificate of our private educational institution. The telc examinations are structured slightly differently and telc certificates are internationally recognised. They are required, for example, for public authorities, university admission and other official bodies and offices.

You can take a free placement test at our language school to find out your level. Just come to our office during our opening hours.
Usually there are 5-15 participants in a course. It depends on the level. We always make sure that the learning environment is pleasant, so not too many students are taught together.
How often the course takes place per week depends on the number of participants. Courses are open to groups of five or more and take place three, four or five times a week, depending on the number of participants.
If you cancel the course, we unfortunately cannot refund the course fee.
You can repeat the aledu exams as often as you like. If you have only failed one part (e.g. listening comprehension), you can repeat only this part within three months.
An aledu examination that is taken without attending a course can be repeated if the candidate fails. In this case, it costs 50 euros per failed exam part. The individual examination parts can be repeated up to three months after the first examination. If the exam is not passed within 3 months, you have to take the exam again and pay 150 euros again.
The course fees must be received in our account or paid in cash in our office at least two weeks before the course starts.
Yes, you can rebook the course up to two weeks before the course starts for a fee of 50 Euro.
In many countries it is possible to apply for a visa for the duration of the language course. If you apply for a language visa, it cannot be converted into another visa afterwards. So if you want to study in Germany and want to take a language course beforehand, you should indicate this when applying for a visa. Usually, a registration certificate is sufficient to apply for a visa.

You should be at least 14 years old to attend our courses. If you are under 18 years of age, you need a declaration of consent from a legal representative (e.g. your parents).
No, in our language courses German is spoken above all. Our teachers, however, can speak English and can give explanations in English on occasion.
Yes, our teachers are native speakers and have several years of teaching experience.
If your visa is refused, you can cancel the course even after it has started. In this case, however, you must submit the rejection notice in writing from the responsible immigration authorities. In this case the course fee will be refunded in full and the 80 Euro registration fee will be retained.
